The Team

martin-frostWe have a small, stable experienced workforce of direct employees led by our Contracts Manager, Martin Frost, who provides a personal, professional service on a daily basis.

On our larger projects we designate a Foreman who is on site to supervise and manage the works.

We have our own joiner’s shop at our offices at Hatfield Park. We specialise in purpose made joinery in hardwood and softwood and offer a bespoke service especially in sash windows, doors, frames and staircases.

Repairs and Maintenance

The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings in its manifesto in 1877 highlights the importance of sympathetic and appropriate preventative maintenance:-

“to put protection in the place of restoration, to stave off decay by daily care”

We therefore carry out the following repairs and maintenance to Listed Buildings.

  • Repairs to oak timber framed buildings
  • Repointing in lime mortar to historic brickwork
  • Lime render and plastering repairs
  • Repairs to peg tile roofs
  • Repairs to box sliding sash windows and doors
